Great Jacket, warm and windproof!
5 5

This has been my daily fall to spring jacket for the last 2 years. I wear it every chance I get, to town or backcountry. It is quite heavy and I don't pack it unless I plan on wearing it for the whole trip. The DWR was starting to get weak, so I washed it and used Nikwax Softshell Proof and it got it within 75% of the orginial coating. The cuffs haven't stretched out and the zippers still works perfectly. The chest pocket is perfect size for an ink pen and cell phone. The fabric breates well and keeps me very warm. I can wear it with a t-shirt to about 25 degrees before needing to bulk up. I have spent time in it comfortably at 15 degrees with a simple capilene baselayer underneath. It also does very well in extreme (40+ mph) winds and keeps heat from being sucked out. I am 5'6 and 170 lbs with a long torso and boxy shoulders and a large fits me well but a bit loose around the waist area.

Wonderful grab jacket
4 5

This is a great jacket and fits super comfortable. The conduit is a wonderful material and works really well at waterproofing and medium breathability. The core vents through the pockets which are lined with mesh that covers your whole chest area. It is super light and is great to shove in a pack for when you catch a chill at the summit. The inside pocket is nice to store an id and some chapstick. I am curious to see how well the velcro holds up on the cuffs because I feel I have to readjust them every time I put the jacket on. It doesn't insulate very much and only has a thin layer of a fleece material on the inside. Less than 40 degrees with no wind wearing a t-shirt pushes its ability. When in the rain you can really crank down the adjustable cuffs and there is an one-handed adjustment on the back of the collar to pull it tight in around your chin. I am 5'6 and 165 lbs with large shoulders and long torso and a Large fits me like it was tailored for me.
