Jeff's Bio

I am in love with skiing, and an avid photographer. When I go out with my buddies, I can connect my two passions and get incredible results. This site rocks and I wouldn't take my business anywhere else!

Familiarity: I've used it several times

Best duffels I've ever owned by far. I have a small in black and large in orange. I use the small one on weekend trips to see family and as a boat bag (for tackle boxes, food, etc.) when I go fly fishing. The large one is currently stuffed with my skiing gear (2 jackets, 2 pants, 2 gloves, 3 goggles) and it fits fine. Both bags are great and actually fold up super small (come in a bag that way). Overall just awesome, perfect for 99.9% of anything you would need it for.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I got a black w/ red TNF logo on it about 5 years ago and it's still my favorite tee that I own. Held up against long fishing seasons, hiking, and some brutal skiing sessions as well. I love the fit (not too tight, not too loose) and I plan on getting more soon.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I'm 5'9", around 175 lbs with a slightly wide and athletic build. I ordered this fleece in medium and it's too big. I'm going to try a small (although the idea makes me laugh) so maybe it's just a large cut. I know people say "it's just a big comfy fleece," and it is, just too big of a cut for me. The material is fantastic though, absolutely the comfiest thing I've tried on in a long time.

Lots of room for my gear. I keep a D3000, speedflash, and 5 lenses in the bag and there is enough room for a small digital camera and Flip video camera. Bag is pretty rigid which is sweet to keep all my stuff safe, but not a riding bag. I use it primarily to travel and use a Lowepro bag on the slopes. Storage is decent on the bag but overall I love it.

This pack is pretty sweet, I got it in the mail today and instantly made sure that it had all that I wanted. I needed a decent size camera block (had it), a laptop sleeve (sort of had it, goes in the front inside the board holder) and pockets for stuff when I go out on the slopes or hike (got that too). The camera block is good sized, fits my D3000, 55-200mm with a hood, 18-15mm, and 35mm lens, and there are two or three more areas to put accessories (flashes, spare batteries, etc.). I didn't like the fact that my 15" MacBook sticks out of the "laptop sleeve," but it fit so tight that getting it stolen in an airport is virtually impossible. Overall pretty sweet, I can't wait to travel with this and to take it out to the mountains.
