kept me dry when im usually sweating on the slopes, much warmer than expected such that I no longer feel compelled to need to wear the Arcteryx Rho LT layer I usually wear over my 1st layer. I now have two pairs and used them for 3 consecutive days each snowboarding. Material did a decent job of keeping down the funk, but wasnt stink free. With the silver ions they were advertising i was hoping for more but stink performance was not bad at all for 3 days.

I frequently suffer from a wet butt after snowboarding, not from the snow, but from sweat....fun. I finally realized that it was probably due to wearing regular cotton boxers under my power stretch baselayer, which is quite thick.

I decided to try the Phase SL boxer after having a great experience with the moisture wicking and insulating properties of the Phase AR top and the boxers did not disappoint. Even after a pow day in Utah where I was really working hard, the boxers kept me dry.

I am considering buying 5 more of these for my next 6 day snowboarding trip.

on my second pair because of size. love the boa and vibram, really disappointed by the lack of waterproofness. Ran the toe box for 5 mins under the sink to check waterproofness, all was well. checked them about a half hour and the roof of the toe box was really damp. WHY??? I realized today, there is stitching all way down the center seam into the toe box and it doenst seemed to be taped. Pretty moronic on NF's part. Still Ill probably keep em because of the first toe reasons for bumming around the city.
