Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Probably beating a dead horse, or dead goose, or whatever you prefer to be beating that is dead...maybe a zombie, but this jacket is probably the best thing I have had my hands on in a long time. Let's go over the list. Warm-yes , Stylish-yes, Light-yes, Awesome fit-yes (probably the best quality it has...besides its sassy personality), Worth $174- NO!!! Worth like $2000.00...at least. So get it while it is only $174.

Although I am not a giant (5'10, 165 lbs), I think I would have to be to fit into this flannel. It is unfortunate because I previously had an insulated North Face flannel that I EXTREMELY loved (the fort point flannel when it had insanely awesome colors)...but I was an idiot and ripped it. I digress. I got this flannel in a small and when I put it on I was shocked. I thought darn...you did it again...you bought an XL on accident. I looked at the tag to confirm my sneaking suspicion only to see five little letters. Small. In all my rage I ripped off the flannel and sent it back to BC. Until next time North Face.

Disclaimer *I would not consider myself even close to an avid runner or extreme trail hiker* End Disclaimer. Having said that, I bought these shoes as a dual-purpose workout shoe for both on the road and off the road running. They were great. I used these for two years, putting maybe 200+ miles on them without any problems. I finally called it quits on them after the cloth over the toe box began to rip and I did a crappy job of trying to shoe gloo them back together, but that was after approximately 2.5 years of steady use. Overall a great shoe.

When I saw this hat I bought it instantly. The fit is beyond perfect. People are like..."Wait what? Where did you get that omg give me that hat" and I am like...well first off...no. And that's it. But in all honesty this hat is as rad as you probably thought when you first looked at it and thought to yourself...yes...this is what I have been waiting for my whole life since grandpa Jed won't give me his cord hat from the 70's. So yeah.

I probably have a bigger head that you, but sadly only in physical circumference. I bought this hat because I loved the fact that it combined two of the best inventions the hat world has seen together. I'm talking about corduroy and trucker. Yummy. Anyways I bought the hat and well, I have to pull it down really far on my head in order to make it look like I don't have a little puppy stashed up there. It is doable...but I think that is because I have the aforementioned giant head. If you have a smaller head and don't want to look like a mega-trucker then shame on you. Just kidding, but you could look ridiculous.

I recieved this watch as a gift last year and loved it from the get go. Looks, check...all the "tech specs" I would want in a watch (under $150), check. I wear this watch daily and I would say it gets abused more than the average watch out there due to my job, wildland firefighting. It is pretty scratched up, but not many watches on the line aren't. The watch survived the season, works great, and woah...it looked totally radical and still does. The only thing that prevents the five star status is that the silicone wrist band eventually succumbed to the abuse I put it through and developed some tears in the adjustment holes. I threw on a canvas wrist strap and booyah, it was ready to go.
