Try resetting the software by holding in the (2) left (2) right buttons for 5 seconds then release the electronics should re-boot and set the Altitech back to the factory spec if this method fails go ahead and remove the battery for 5 minutes then re-install.

Call 1-800-446-7587 if the display fails to come back to normal for a return authorization.
