I've got several Ice breaker tops, the 150 weight is perfect for hot and humid conditions and going in and out of Air-conditioning and back into the elements (the highest temp I've worn Icebreaker in was around 42c and that was with a 150 long sleeve top as I was in the middle east). Also great for traveling these tops can be worn alone or under T-shirts and the retreat tops for extra warmth when it cools down or jerseys extra when the 200 weight is a little too much warmth. The icebreaker long sleeve gear is slightly longer in the arm length than I found my I/O Bio contact long sleeve crib top to be. I prefer the extra length, its not excessive but enough if your biking and layering with longer tops.
I don't even bother with cotton anymore, it weighs more in your pack and stinks if your sweeting, if you haven't tried Marino or thought it was just for winter warmth give it a go!

I've tried a two different bands for marino sox, Icebreaker and Wigwam but I find the smartwool is better in cuff fit and for staying put and I now only buy this brand. The Margarita length is perfect when you don't need that under-knee warmth. I've worn these sox in both calf and knee boots and they have been perfect.

I gave these pants 5 stars as I'm an avid user of Ice breaker Marino and have found that I/O Bio fills the style gap completely. I already have a pair of the I/O BioTackpants (made with the same fabric as these Capri's) and their quality and fit led me confidently purchasing this pair of Capri pants. They are the perfect casual for wearing with my DocMartin boots in the winter and for teeming up with tunic tops and over skirts. The wide waist band sits just on the hips, low and is very comfy. I/O Bio marino is softer than Icebreaker, I'll get to comment on the quality as time goes on as I've got Icebreaker stuff that is dating past ten years and still going strong. As for size, the chart provided is spot on.
