Familiarity: I've used it several times

I purchase this table for group trips. While it's easy to set up, the plastic pieces that are on each board have a tendency to fall out. The table is then super sharp and its easy to cut yourself on it. When I emailed ALPS to let them know about the defect, they barely acknowledged it. Cheaper construction followed by cheaper service.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This bag is amazing. I have used it in all kinds of weather, cold and rain and its never let me down. I sleep under a tarp and even if it gets a little wet, the down stays dry. Its super lightweight, compact and seems to hold well. I'm probably on year 4-5 of using it and I would buy it again without hesitation.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I got these for the wet terrain of the Adirondacks and just used them for a 3 days backpacking trip with daily rain. My feet stayed dry the entire time. They are light and the boot style keeps the dirt out. No blisters either. I owned the shoe version in the past and I am really glad I went back with this one. My only complaint is that I generally wear 10, but they are a bit big. I will probably by 1/2 size smaller next time.

I got this jacket because it was on sale and it included a fleece. Reviews were also decent. Well, I have owned multiple other waterproof jackets and this one is not suitable for backpacking or activities that required you to be dry and stay outside. I've taken the fleece out, but it doesn't ventilate well, there is no pit zips and the wrist cuffs are not adjustable, leaving lots of space for water to get in. It looks cute in town, but I have just bought another jacket for my backpacking needs and this one will remind for city life.

I had the same problem at first. Make sure the upper and lower heart rates are set, and clear the chrono every time you use it. It will reset the calorie counter to zero, and start the chrono again when you start working out and the calories will kick in. If you press the heart rate button once, you will see the calories burned when working out. It only stays on for 1-2 seconds then goes back to your heart rate.
