Cole's Bio

I'm a pharmacy student at KU. But between studying for exams and working in the lab, I find every opportunity to get to the wall and climb or take a weekend trip to do some sport climbing with friends. I'm fairly new to the sport but am really digging it.

I used this daisy chain this weekend and it was very functional. The loops were easy to attach to my harness to keep out of the way of my climb. When I reached the top, it was easy to adjust the length because the holes are much larger than the traditional daisy chain. I may use a larger carabiner in the future to attach to the end however. I like the light weight of the one used, but its size is a bit too small.

I'll also agree with other reviews. This carabiner is a little too small to work adequately. The sleeve needs to be turned a lot and gets stuck fairly easily. It is the right price and is also light, so if either of these are what you're going for, you won't be disappointed. I do not like using it for belaying, though. I believe I'll go for a full-sized carabiner in the future.
