Familiarity: I've used it several times

This jacket features a very breathable fabric. It has a thin liner of wool on the inside that takes the chill off real nice. Another nice feature is the chest pocket has a cut out so the head phones can go on the inside. The cuffs are tapered and kept the frigged night air at bay.

The daisy chain was not intended to be a personal anchor system for cleaning sport anchors. They were intended to be used for aid climbing. It still works for cleaning sport gear but I would instead recommend the PAS from Metolious. The PAS offers more flexibility in length that the daisy doesn't do safely. For easy of cleaning and peace of mind the PAS is more solid.

I was looking for a three season 2 person tent in the $200 range. I was astonished to find this steal at $160. This tent has great value because it is less than 4pounds without the shipping box. I tested the rain fly with a hose. It worked great until water was sprayed under the zipper flap. Having an area under the tarp to put muddy shoes and backpacks is space saver in a small tent. The one problem I do have is the stakes it comes with are junk because they are bendable and should be replaced. I recommend the MSR Tituim stakes because they are light and very strong. I would recommend this to anyone.

This pad is great if you are looking for a cost efffective pad. But the down side is it doesn't have a place for your gear. Another downside was it was not a durable as i would have hoped from Metolius. The Falling surface is durable it is just the outer meterial that touches the ground that is not durable.
