This thing boils water with ease. This comes in handy when you are famished from a long hike, and just want to eat!
I love the compact design that incorporates a nice spot to hold a gas canister. Everything fits into a nice little package, that can be tucked away in your pack.
Definitely looking forward to using this cook system more.

Okay, if you are famished after a long days hike, you will feel like you are at a nice little sit-down Italian restaurant.
I personally thought it could use a wee bit of seasoning and salt, but other than that, I thought it tasted delicious. And yes, the package does say low sodium = me wanting more salt.

I saw this pump in action this weekend while backpacking at Pictured Rocks in MI. The pump is actually a lot faster than I had originally thought, and packs very small. If I am going to look for a pump in the future, and for some reason cant use the platy, I think I will pick this system up.

Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: True to size

Got this jacket because I needed a rain shell to have incase of some rain showers on a trip I went on. I ended up just using it to keep me warm in the morning. It's nothing to count on as a warm jacket in really cold weather, but it did a great job at about 45 degrees. I also walked all around Chicago in this jacket, and did not overheat too bad. Just unzipped it a bit, and was good to go.
