These have really high and squishy heels. Seems too high. The tread wears down super fast, so any imperfection in your step and you'll know very soon. I tend to walk a bit on the outer part of my feet, so that wore down and made it worse. They are comfortable as slippers and do provide a TON of suspension on hard pack trail or road, but they're too delicate and too squishy for me (I weigh about 200lbs).
Best shoe ever is the Solomon XA Pro 3D Ultra 2's. Not much heavier, FAR more durable.
