Soft fabric and perfect fit.
super soft, great fit... it made me smarter so I would recommend.
on the larger size fit wise, (hey i rhymed). not "go down a size" but still not that perfect fit... unless you like a larger relaxed fit. Anyway shirt is top notch quality as usual with patagonia stuff. would recommend.
will this fit the Osprey Aura 50 bladder pouch better than the camelbak res? felt like I was gonna bust it cramming it in there. wife did mention she could kinda feel the bladder the first day up the trail when it was full.
I have a pair of the older merrel chameleon hex's, so i talked the wife into getting these for christmas, same size as another pair of Merrell shoes she already owns. Was hesitant at first at how they felt tightened up(anybody that's tried elastic lacing knows what I mean) but after a few days they fit like a glove, no real break-in period, just a really nice fit. She texted me the other day, "wearing my new shoes... I like" and I promise that's saying something, she's a return-aholic. She's happy, nuff said. :)
The camelbak 100oz unbottle fits nicely in the laptop/water reservoir pocket in the main compartment.
The pack has a sleeve in the main compartment for a laptop with a stay put center velco strap. I'm pretty sure the front pocket could hold a laptop as it is very "strechy", but I don't think it would be very safe.
What's the "official" way to attach the top part of the rain cover? it's got the 2 sets of velcro straps, do they attach to the elastic bands on the sholder straps? Just personally doesn't feel right attached there.
