Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Fit: Runs large

I've had this jacket now for over a year and it still looks brand new. Mostly use it for snowboarding but also just for going out and about. It's not extremely warm by itself, but as long as you stay active it's plenty warm. I would say I've used it mostly in the 10-20 degrees range with a sweater underneath and have never had an issue with being too cold. Very breathable as well. My only real complaint is it seems to run fairly large - although this is the only snowboarding jacket I've owned so maybe that's just normal. I'm 6' and about 195 lbs and a medium is still a little looser than I would like. I tried a large initially and that was way too big, so I'm fairly sure a small would not suffice...

Familiarity: I gave it as a gift, but have feedback to share
Fit: True to size

I bought this (huntsmen plaid) for my girlfriend and she loves it. It's not super warm by itself, but then again it's a snowboarding jacket and it's really not meant to be THAT warm. It's got tons of pockets but doesn't look bulky - it looks really good. Sizing is pretty normal, not loose, and it seems pretty flexible. The fur around the hood is removable as well, if it gets in the way at all.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I wear this jacket everywhere - it looks pretty awesome. I gotten a number of compliments on it. Fits great as well - I'm about 6 foot and 200 pounds, and I got a large.
It's not very warm by itself though. I can wear it down into the 40's, but anything lower than that and I have to wear a sweater underneath to stay comfortably warm. That being said, I've worn it, with just a normal sweater/hoodie under-layer, in temperatures well below freezing while snowshoeing and it was perfect, borderline TOO warm. It does a pretty good job blocking wind, but it'll still let some through if it gets too gusty. It's also not waterproof, but it'll keep you dry for a while at least or if it's just drizzling out. Also pretty breathable - keeps me nice and cool once I start to heat up. It will be a perfect spring jacket.
I love the sleeves - not scrunchy, but still adjustable if you need them to be tighter around the wrist, and pretty stylish looking as well.
About the only downside in the hood - it's huge. I'm assuming it is meant to accommodate a helmet, which I don't ever use so for me it's a little annoying sometimes. You can adjust it to not be so floppy, but it's still not quite the same as just having a hood that's actually the same size as your head...
I've been using the jacket for about three months straight, just about everyday, and it still looks brand new. Definitely happy with it, especially for only 50 bucks, although I'm not sure that I would pay full price. But on sale, it's definitely worth it.

Familiarity: I've used it several times

I bought these mostly for snowshoeing and they have been even better than I was expecting. They're extremely comfortable - yet still a nice tight fit, an they provide a great amount of ankle support as well. I've used them several times on long snow hikes of eight hours/15 miles+ in below freezing temperatures, and my feet stayed completely warm and dry, without being uncomfortable whatsoever. Not only that, but they don't overheat when it's not cold. I would say they are totally waterproof, as I have stood in water just to test them and never felt anything leaking in. They have great traction as well - I've walked around on icy permanent snowfields and not had any trouble with feeling like I was going to slip. In my old shoes, I would have been halfway down the hill flat on my back...

These are awesome boots, the best I've ever owned. I would recommend them to anyone.
