Brandon's Bio

Snowbird is #1 but frequent the Canyons as well. I also run a few races every year (usually relays or 1/2 marathons), not that you could tell by looking at me. . . it seems I like to eat more than I like to run :)

I primarily bought it because I wanted something different than the standard black luggage to stick out at the airport luggage carousel. About the same size as a regular luggage bag (if you want huge go with the large gear bag) . I like the nets on the insides as mentioned in other reviews as well. Plenty of room for a full week pack of regular travel for sure. Initial impressions/use so I have not put it through the ringer yet.

Familiarity: I've used it several times

I own multiple pairs. Nothing spectacular as far as sound since they are basic earbuds and I feel they are intended for listening while doing active activities (working out, running, skiing, etc.). Sit comfortably and won't fall out with the ear hooks (which are also comfortable i don't notice them at all). The sound is good, just not the same as over the ear headphones. Overall very pleased.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Bought specifically because it said it's dual use for winter and summer. The padding combos are easy to switch out for skateboarding in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. I'm just a casual skater/boarder so for periodic use it will work perfect for me. More of a snow helmet than a skate helmet but overall very satisfied.

Bought for my son to use. I was worried he wouldn't wear a helmet he didn't like. He loves this one, has put tons of stickers on it and now never rides without it on which obviously i'm happy about. Plan on buying one for myself here shortly.

I didn't use the heated molding option i just stuck them in my running shoes and they've molded just fine. I usually use Superfeet and these have been just as good for running. Using the same shoes just switching out the base insole for these i've noticed a big difference in how my feet feel post run. Super comfortable. Will purchase again in the future.

Buy lots of t-shirts for my boy from this site and my wife tells me he is the best dressed at school and gets asked frequently by other moms where we got his t-shirts from (mostly Billabong and Quicksilver). Have found that pricing for these t-shirts isn't too far off from regular dept stores like Kohls/JC Penney either but the brands have a far better "cool" factor.

This is my 2nd pair of Pearl Izumi's (first was the Synchro Float). I ran a couple 1/2's and some relays in the Synchro Floats last year when I saw these come available I bought them immediately. Good for regular stride don't really have any pronation support. Pretty soft footbed feels like you are running on a soft track.
