Got a ski choice question.

I am intermediate soon to be advanced skier who is willing and will get to the expert level some day ( hopefully soon :).
The question I ma struck with would be a choice of an all around ski. As a So Cal dweller I visit apart from local resorts also Mammoth and Tahoe ( planning a next year trip to Utah).
I would greatly appreciate an advice whether these skies would be good for me? As well I was considering Grizzly from Volkl ( just love their skies, from all i have tested these were the best). I am pretty confident that with them I will only master my skills, but again its me, and I would like to hear an advice from someone who is more cold-minded on this issue :)
I am about 5'8 weight 180 pounds with an athletic build.

Thanks in advance!

Just received it this morning, tried it on and can't get it off. Feels very soft and keeps me warm all day. I'm 5'8 and 145lbs and got M and it fits very good - don't know why other reviewers recomend to size up, I wouldn't do that for sure... I have long arms and this shirt sleeves go to the palm base, and will be longer on someone with regular arm length.
Now I'm thinking about getting the pants as well :)

Have purchased this jacket recently, and tested it out for 2 days in Southern California.
This jacket is just sick looking, and material looks just like snow under bright sun (very light blue with some sparkles). Very versatile, and all pockets are very well positioned - allowed easy access to all my things without compromising skiing.
The only minus was that it was a little hot and I had to unzip it, but it is March in Southern California :). I guess would I be in Mammoth/Utah/Colorado I would be just fine. At the end I have received so many compliments on the jacket...
Great product for skiing or urban life with a touch of fashion :)
