Familiarity: I've used it several times
I live in South Carolina and this past spring our weather has fluctuated dramatically. One day it's 80 and sunny, the next its 40 and hailing. This pad has done me good in both types of conditions. Side sleeping isn't an issue because it's 3.5" thick rather than 1.5, yet it still stores compact. The PrimaLoft insulated side keeps me insulated on the 40 degree days, and during the summer all I have to do is flip it over to the less-insulated side and I'm set. I'm 5'9" and the Regular (6'0") works for me. Sometimes it feels a little short, but I like to elevate my legs up on my pack at the bottom of the pad anyways (helps me recover). All in all great pad for the money.
