Best Boots Ever No Joke
5 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These are THE best hiking boots i have ever used. I got these boots at the beginning of the summer to do a 25 mile hike through the Olympic Nation Forest and I didn't even have time to break them in. The hike was about 5 miles through trails and boardwalk, 10 Miles through boulders and rocks, ad another 10 through small rocks and sand and these boot were great. No blisters at all. I do recommend the mid boot over the low cut too for extra ankle support. It really helps going long distances and over unstable wobbly rocks.

These bindings are great. I cannot live without a binding that has toe caps. The full tow cap really helps with control and makes my foot feel in the board rather than on it. I also like how they put in the No-Tool-Needed adjustments and the padding is good. Overall a good binding. Has some flex to it also which makes it more forgiving and easier to land jumps. I have to say they are more worth the price than the missions which are more expensive but not really different at all. The main diffence is that they are stiffer but in my opinion after using my friends missions i would go with the customs seven days a week and twice on tuesday. Better deal better binding. Theres a reason why they are out of stock right now.

These socks seem to work good and get the job done but are not the best. I found they are a little on the thin side for me and when im knee deep in pow my feet get cold but other than that their ok. I do warn you they are not Merino Wool though. The best in my opinion is the stance Merino Wool. However these are a few bucks cheaper. I have used them quite a bit and hey, they are socks.

I gave these socks five stars because they are great and I can't find anything bad to say about them. In the past I have had a big problem with socks bunching up in my snowboard boot but these socks haven't done that once and I have used them about 30-40 times.I also have had socks that are too thick or too thin. These seem just right they keep my feet warm but they are not so hot that my feet are all sweaty by the end of the day. Id give these socks an A+, best pair I have had.

I don't have any problems with this vest and i have taken it camping and hiking before times. Don't get me wrong, its a good vest but I have used better ones. I highly recommend the Eddie Bauer 550 fill vest, its lighter and warmer. I have taken it hiking and backpacking many times and its great. I wear it in my sleeping bag on cold nights and even packed it down into its pocket and used it as a pillow. This vest is not nearly as good.

Really this is a great board. I have had it for three seasons now and have taken it up about 80 times and I don't have anything bad to say. Its an all around good board and I don't think I could go without the Magnetraction and the rocker. It works great and its made in the US and my home state of Washington.

Don't get me wrong I like these gloves... when their new. Iv'e only had them for about 45 days and only rode with them 6 times and their already falling apart, good thing they have a 1 year warranty. At fist their great gloves though. Warm and great for snowboarding. I don't drag my hand or put them in the dryer though so I don't know why this would happen. They just aren't built to last long at all.
