The fit is a bit different and if you are at the edge of a size - size up. It is nicely form fitting and does not flap. I am 5'9 and 150 with 38 inch chest - usually a medium. The medium was pretty tight - I could zip it but it was just too snug even for events beyond a race. I went with the large - a tiny bit larger than ideal but comfy and no flap. The arms run long FWIW.

Great, great jacket though.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Fit: True to size

I purchased these to replace some Specialized BG gel gloves that had served well for 9000 miles but were getting pretty thin from repeated washings and wear. They fit well, are comfortable, light weight and cool. The padding on the median nerve (thumb side - makes thumb and index finger numb if compressed) is fine. Unfortunately, it doesn't work so well for my ulnar nerve (pinky side) and I have had more numbness than with the several pairs of gloves from Specialized. Note, I have thin handlebar tape, on better padded bars, they may be fine.

Radical ST vs FT? The answer seems obvious for the big guys, but I am 155 pounds minus pack in winter insulation mode. I will mount them on K2 Coombacks but am a reasonably aggressive skier (no big hucks, straightlines though. Will be 70/30 touring vs resort, and switching back and forth between Tele gear (yeah, I want it both ways...) Thanks

What is the difference between the Sidi SRS Grey Soles and the SRS Dragon soles. So both fit the same shoes?

Last time I used the grey soles and they wore out and tore out after less than two seasons.

I am considering the MontBell permafrost, the the Mountain Hardwear Phantom, and the Feathered Friends Helios Jacket. I am looking for a light packable but warm jacket for BC skiing, hut trips, and yes, cold days in town. All are about a pound. Does anyone know the fill weight on the Permafrost and the Mountain Hardwear Phantom? FF lists 8 oz of fill.

I am sorely tempted by these skis to replace my BD Crossbows. I like the CBs for their quickness and versatility, but they sink a bit in pow and get banged around some in crud. I am 5'9", 155lbs - any advice on length for the RT86 for 50/50 Utah resorts and backcountry with big boots (EnerG)
