The shell I currently wear is a 3 layer(not Gore-Tex Pro), and I noticed that after the face fabric gates saturated with water, the inside feels damp and clammy against the skin(like I have noticed with 2 and 2.5 layer fabrics). So I was wondering if anyone who had experience with it could tell me if this is an issue with Gore-Tex Pro as well or not.

I am roughly 5'11'' and 130 pounds(kind of on the scrawny side). Would a medium work for fit or would it be a little to big? And are there any other places the liner connects to the shell other than the zipper?
Thanks for the advice! I Actually I was intending to use it more for summer hikes on mountains above the tree line were the weather can get pretty intense(like Mt Washington). The dimensions of the fleece are roughly 20 inches across the front, 24 from the shoulder to the waist, and the sleeves are around 22 inches from the inseam, and actually, it's made of Polartec Wind Pro fleece, which seems to be similar (possibly lighter) than classic 300 weight.
Would this pack be able to fit rain gear, a 300 weight fleece, a change of clothes, hat, and gloves?
How would this jacket do in 40 degree weather, being used for non to mild aerobic activities?
