Andrew B's Bio

Bikes, bikes, bikes... I ride road and mountain, and race cyclocross, and occasionally commute... However, it's tough when the commute involves a ride from Salt Lake City to Park City. Myself and a few other brave souls have made the trek from SLC to the office quite a few times. It's a great ride via Millcreek Canyon. It's never bad when your commute begins and ends on awesome single trakc... We have also made the commute using highway 80 from Immigration Canyon on the road (NOT recommended)...

My mountain rides are those that I can crush on my fully rigid single speed (Bianchi SASS). Mountain is always choice. How could it not be given my location?

I am a much better climber than I am a flats rider. Thus, I prefer my road rides to be long and steep. If possible, this involves riding isolated stretched of highway wherever I can find them.

Cyclocross: "Pure, Sweet, Pain." I love every minute of it, especially on a single speed...

This helmet features great venting combined with light-weight design. Overall, I am satisfied with the product. However, for 175 bucks I expect a bit more. The size adjustment in the back of the helmet is a bit dated. For example, it's tough to get the adjustment even on both sides. Additionally, the fit isn't dead on for me. This results in hot spots if I where only the helmet and no liner. I'd really like to see Giro offer 2 different fits... Wishful thinking...
