Alex's Bio

I'm into long distance, idiotic adventures in the deserts and mountains of the west and wherever the next phone call brings me. Tele skiing and mountain biking are the true loves of my life while trail running, yoga and canyoneering bring me uber happiness!

Bring the snow!

Warmth with zero cost and zero weight should make you want to put this in every pack you carry in the mountains, the deserts and hell, on any surf trip! Takes up no space as it compresses as small as a soft ball. Really, it is lighter than air and with 850 fill, all you will want to wear is a base layer, the Hadron and a soft shell and you're all set for a day of fun without cold suffering.

Slip right into the soft, plush lined Duke glove and you'll never want to taint your hand with any other! Great for splitting wood for the morning fire and then ripping it in the bc. You won't be anything but Stoic'ed and will probably never buy another $125 glove again when you have 2-3 of these for the rest of your life.

holy cow this is one hot jacket! i wish it had pit zips to cool me down. Love the close to body fit and the insulated hood that fits over the your bucket is nice on those high wind, lateral snowfall days. when everyone else is running to the lodge for protection from the elements, you're staying deep in them because you have the Fission SV on.
