This shirt fits great and is very cool. It's a great base layer for wicking or as the only shirt on warmer days. I'm a big guy and the XXL is still a little loose. Relaxed fit is accurate. Length is perfect and the longer tail is a definite plus!
I am 6', 250 and this pack fits me perfectly. I would probably recommend the Zealot 10 unless you have a ton of gear to haul. It isn't much smaller capacity wise, and I was surprised how large the 16 was when I pulled it out of the box.
I have large hands and have trouble finding gloves that fit. The XXL was perfect. They could use a bit more padding but they are very comfortable for the casual long distance rider. It feels like the palms would hold up well in a crash as well.
I've owned a few different hydration packs, though this is my first Osprey. I am very impressed with the quality of materials, and the thought that went into the design. The Zealot 10 is probably a better pick size wise for most people, but I have a large frame and it fits my back like a glove. Very comfortable whether crammed full or just carrying some water. Padded, contoured straps make me forget I'm wearing it at times. Very breathable mesh allows my back to catch enough of a breeze that I don't end up soaked. Tons of pockets in ergonomic locations rounds out an amazing pack for bombing hills, dodging cars, day hikes, canoe trips, etc...
