I bought for my girlfriend's birthday. First of all, despite being super warm it is also soft and comfy. She loves the bright green as it is her favorite color. The hood stays on well without being constricted (or in her words "without feeling like a sardine").

I have only tried these three times so far. Twice touring in the Wasatch and once inbounds on a powder day. The performed great each day. I am getting more used to the feel of them now. My daily driver is the Blizzard Bonafide so they take a little to get used to coming from those. Once I got the feel of them they are really fun and versatile. have them paired with the G3 Ion bindings.

I bought these skis for Christmas for my girlfriend. It is her second season and she was progressing fast so she needed an upgrade. These are light, durable and a good progression ski for an intermediate skier. The 50/50 camber rocker combination is perfect for skiing powder and makes turning easier. If you are an intermediate skier looking for a bit wider ski thats good all round the mountain then this is it. I paired these with the Salomon STH 10 Ski Binding 90mm and they look great together.

This is my first beacon. Its super easy to use and the distance measurement and direction seems to be pretty accurate. I like how when in search mode you can pull back the slider and go straight back into send mode, no need to muck around with the slide lock. The first unit I got was faulty (the speaker worked intermittently) but Black Diamond (the USA distributor) sent me out a new one quickly. The harness is comfortable and is easy to adjust.

I tried on about 8 pairs of boots before getting these. I have wide, low volume, flat feet. Its a bit of a nightmare trying to find a boot that fits me. The runner up to these were the Scarpa Maestrale RS, however, they were too tight under my arch (or where it should be). These have a great vibram sole that will keep from slipping on the icy rocks going up. I did not thermomold the liner, however it is an option. The last of 103.5mm is great for touring as it gives you a bit less pressure on the way up. The boot is noticeably less stiff than my Lange RX 130 boots that I use for resort skiing, but still plenty stiff to drive my G3 Empire Carbon skis.

These are some good value Merino tights! Coming from New Zealand I know my Merino wool well. These tights fell as good as top brands some of the more well know Merino clothing brands. I have used them for skiing touring a couple times and they have kept me cool on the way up and warm on the way down. The 3/4 length is great for skiing. They fit true to size.

I have been wearing these shoes every day since I got them (about 10 months ago). They have held up extremely well and are super comfortable. I have taken them on many impromptu day hikes and they all ways preform well on loose gravel and rock. The soles have worn down quite a bit, but that understandable due to how soft and grippy the rubber is. Im starting to think I need a new pair because they fabric behind my heal is starting to wear through.

I hadn't heard of Mont Bell before so I was worried about how this jacket would stack up compared to more well known brands. It turned out that my gamble paid off. The quality is great, and the fabric it is made from is excellent. At first I was very careful with the jacket because of how thin the outer fabric is, however, it is actually rather tough. The down compresses really well as it should for 900 fill and puffs up nicely. It is really warm and keeps my body at a comfortable temperature. I would highly recommend this jacket. I am 5'11'' and 180 lbs and medium fits well.

These shoes are pretty cool. They look like normal shoes which means you can ride to work and not have to worry about bringing shoes to change into. The Velcro strap is great to keep the laces out of the way when pedaling. I have found my feet do not get too hot in these, which is surprising because they don't have much ventilation. The material and construction is high quality and the rubber on the sole still looks new after much use. One downside is that my SPD cleats are slightly taller than the surrounding rubber on the sole. This means the cleats can grind on the surface you are walking on, I only notice it when I am walking on concrete. Not a big deal. I would recommend these to people that want a durable mountain bike shoe with a "normal" shoe look and aren't too worried about the weight of the shoe.

Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

The exterior is not rubber as I thought, I think it is a synthetic leather with a rubberized coating. Only has one credit card pocket and a clear ID pocket. I ended up returning this product because of the quality. The wallet came with small glue spots on the leather and a couple of small holes in the leather. That is probably a one off though as Nixon products are generally good quality.

Great general purpose T-Shirt. The synthetic cotton blend feels soft and light on the skin. The color is slightly different from the photo, but it still looks great. Used while biking and hiking and it seems to wick moisture better than a regular cotton t-shirt.

These shorts are great all round casual shorts. The synthetic fabric makes them easy to move around in and quick drying. I don't really use the cargo pockets, but they are sealed with small zips. Great for a hiking, mountain biking and casual use. I have a 33 inch waist and medium fits well. Planning on buying more!
