Do it all pack
5 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have had this pack for a few years now and it is my do it all backpack. I use it for ski touring in the winter, lugging climbing gear around in the summer and also use it on backpacking trips. The outer crampon pocket is very useful and easy to access. The best thing about this pack is that it doesn't feel big and bulky when you only have a few things in it unlike other backpacking backpacks. The ski carry straps are also super burly and will fit pretty big skis.

I have been skiing on the 189 Norwalk for the past week and love the way it feels. It looks really big but has relatively low swing wait in the tip and tail. It is also much lighter than a lot of skis that are its same size. It skis everything really well from tight trees to big open turns and even rails on groomers. I would recommend mounting on the factory line it skis best at that point.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

This is a great all round ski for beginner through advanced skiers. It ski's powder, crud, and groomers really well. The only thing I noticed is that the access isn't super stable at high speed. If you are really aggressive you may want to lean towards and Armada TST or Atomic Alibi which are almost the same as this but stiffer.
