I have this helmet and am VERY pleased with it! It fits very nice, no pressure points, the straps are easy to manage and it doesnt give you the mondo mushroom head look! The bottom edge is covered by the shell, the straps are mounted to each side of the helmet instead of the inside center like other helmets I have owned, this makes it easy to put on and you dont have to mess around untangling straps, it also keeps the helmet from turning on your head. I am surprised more straps arent mounted this way. They also sit flat against your face unlike the straps on my wife's Giro, her Giro straps twist and dig into your face.
The ratcheting fit adjuster is really nice, it is easy to use and holds the helmet on your head very comfy! My wife's Giro helmet has similar but WAY lower quality adjusters and the Fox system is MUCH better! Fox helmet is miles ahead in quality, her Giro is going in the trash and she is getting a Fox.

I bought this helmet foe my wife and I am very disappointed. It is of very LOW quality compared to my Fox Flux helmet. Everything about the Giro screams cheap, the "ROC LOC" system is horrible, it hangs down on the sides of the helmet and scrapes your ears and is hard to adjust, the clamps on the straps below the ear are constantly twisting and dig into your jaw no matter how you adjust them, the straps themselves are mounted to the center inside and are clumsy to get a hold of, the front straps are held in by two plastic "sticks" that come out of the top of the helmet. The bottom edge of the styrofoam is not protected by the shell. I regret buying this helmet, the Fox Flux is ten times the helmet.

I ordered one of these on Steep and Cheap the other day, I am under the assumption that it is a propane lantern, am I correct? If not can it be adapted to run on propane canisters? I really dont want to go hunting for lindal valve fuel everytime I go camping since none is availabe in my area.(please be propane, please be propane) Thanks! (unless it's not propane)
