Y Roller

The Y Roller from Pro-Tec Athletics is a massaging roller that uses a unique Y-shaped ridge on the roller to offer a targeted, aggressive massage or a less aggressive, moderate massage. The single ridge portion of the roller applies targeted, point specific pressure on muscles while the dual ridge cradles the muscles more and gives a gentler feel to the massage.
