  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

My knees have been slowly giving out over the years. Even the gentle but active sport of pickle ball was difficult for me. I bought two of these (yes, one for each knee). They add needed support for my aging knees but I think they would work well for anyone with knee problems regardless of age.

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This thing gets the job done. Not super supportive by any means. If you need a little extra support for nothing too serious this is a great little pick up. I use it skiing as at the end of a long day I sometimes get a little weak in the knees. Sizing seems to be pretty accurate.

Did it's job supporting my kneww

I've only had the opportunity to use this once since I bought it. I originally ordered it for my wife but then decided to give it a go when I started running again this season and was having some pain in my tendons on the outside of my knee.

I ran up Grandeur Peak here in Salt Lake which is about 4,000 feet in elevation gain in 2 miles. Then I ran back down it and felt zero pain like I have been feeling (aside from my muscles trying to fail on me and throw me down the mountain).

Only drawback is that it's really sweaty, and now mine stinks.

      Binds,creating a welt behind my knee,hurting a lot.
2nd time worn for a 2+ hour hike and another2+ hour at the mall, on the same day. I wore the suppport with some sheep-wool inside the support behind my knee= that eleminated the pain totally.
But What if I don't have access to sheep-wool? I wouldnot be able to wear it .

      Really helps

I have had 2 surgeries on my right knee and if I hike or bike for long distances without a brace it swells badly. This thing works great for me, it keeps my knee in place and prevents it from swelling. I carry an extra one in my backpack just in case.

The only bad thing is your knee sweats badly from the neoprene and doesn't smell the best after a few outings. You can rinse this in soap and water to clean it.
