Got this cause my knee needed some extra support. Fits great and is extremely minimalistic. Ordered the L, and she fits great!!

I've only had the opportunity to use this once since I bought it. I originally ordered it for my wife but then decided to give it a go when I started running again this season and was having some pain in my tendons on the outside of my knee.

I ran up Grandeur Peak here in Salt Lake which is about 4,000 feet in elevation gain in 2 miles. Then I ran back down it and felt zero pain like I have been feeling (aside from my muscles trying to fail on me and throw me down the mountain).

Only drawback is that it's really sweaty, and now mine stinks.

Binds,creating a welt behind my knee,hurting a lot.
2nd time worn for a 2+ hour hike and another2+ hour at the mall, on the same day. I wore the suppport with some sheep-wool inside the support behind my knee= that eleminated the pain totally.
But What if I don't have access to sheep-wool? I wouldnot be able to wear it .
CAN ANYONE SUGGEST A SUPPORT THAT DOESN'T BIND AND CREATE PAIN???

I have had 2 surgeries on my right knee and if I hike or bike for long distances without a brace it swells badly. This thing works great for me, it keeps my knee in place and prevents it from swelling. I carry an extra one in my backpack just in case.

The only bad thing is your knee sweats badly from the neoprene and doesn't smell the best after a few outings. You can rinse this in soap and water to clean it.
