Multifuel

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I just returned from an eight day trip when I use this stove twice a day. Not only did I use it to boil water but also used it for cooking. The reason I purchased it was to have a multi fuel option just for the fun of it. I?ve been using canister stoves for the last several years which are quite easy and convenient. I just wanted to try something different. I wasn?t concerned about weight as I was traveling via motorcycle. We still camped every night and prepared delicious meals nightly. What I was hoping for, and what impressed me the most was the ability to use this on low heat. It is very easy to adjust the heat and simmer when needed. If I was backpacking, I probably wouldn?t carry a multi fuel stove as I mostly go with freeze dried food. When traveling by car or motorcycle, this is a great option. Besides, I don?t have to purchase canisters and then chuck them into the landfill. Safe travels!!
