prAna Verona Pant - Women's - 2006 BCS

I've been wearing Prana gear for quite a long time (my tenaya pants and bliss capris are some of my favorite pants), but the sizing on these Verona pants was completely off. I've learned to expect Prana pants to be too long, but the Verona pants (in XS) were also quite wide and baggy everywhere. Tying the drawcord waist to settle on my hips resulted in many very large folds of fabric bunched around the pant waist - it was quite more than just a loose fit all throughout. Very unflattering fit for a petite person.

These have become my favorite weekend pants. The stretch in them is unbelievable which makes them extremely comfortable, my number one criteria for pants. As usual these prana pants were too long but it is easy enough to hem them on your own.

These pants are awesome. They are extremely comfortable, with the right amount of stretch, and they look stylish. I wish I had ordered them in another color. I love them!

Prana's reputation for making one of the best lines of activewear is absolutely reinforced with these pants. The material has just the right amount of give (moves with you without being stretchy) for all of your climbing/bouldering/hiking endeavors, while remaining completely snag proof. They have a relatively loose fit (maybe order a size down..?) so I wear them with an underlayer during colder weather. They also look and fit cute enough to wear around town. Only complaints- petite women will definetly have to get them hemmed which is a pain but Prana pants are typically made with a longer inseam.Also a small cargo pocket might be good for keys on days too warm for a jacket. But well worth every penny.
