With a built-in shelf bra and wicking properties, the stretchy prAna Women's Tizi Sport Top is comfortable for climbing, yoga, pilates, and bouldering. This fitted tank top also looks great when you wear it around town. Crisscross straps that lie flat on the back, plus a scoop neck, provide a unique, elegant look.

Bottom Line: Grab that crimper, stretch into scorpion posture, or toss back that shot of wheatgrass in your prAna Tizi Sport Top.

Supportive, but conservative

Not that I am looking to "flaunt it" when I am in the yoga studio or around town after a workout... but it feels very "old ladyish" for Prana items (when looking in the mirror). But it feels good on.

So good I got 2

After loving my green Tizi so much, I decided to get it in pink. It's amazingly comfortable, and I get tons of compliments on it. I wouldn't wear it running, but I would wear for about everything else.

My girlfriend says yes but only if she's not too cold. I can see them either way.

Perfect Top For Any Activity!

By: Backcountry.com Employee

This top is so comfortable & very supportive that I can use it trail running or cycling! The way the arm holes are cut there is no chafing, yet nothing's hanging out either. I really love the material: it's soft, wicking, & stretchy. I ordered a Small and I'm a small 34B-this top fits perfectly. Plus it's got a really groovy back & the way it's designed I'm sure that's where the support comes from. A winner!

prAna Tizi is my new favorite sport top!

I just got this top primarily for Bikram (very hot) yoga. I'm a big fan of prAna's tops for yoga, and the the Tizi is my new favorite. It is the perfect length, providing good coverage when stretching upwards (no tummy exposure) and good coverage up top for those bending over moves. I'm 5'4" and about 135lbs. and have this top in a medium. I tend not to fill out the internal shelf bras too well, so I appreciate the higher cut on the Tizi. This top is form fitting, but not skin tight, which is perfect. The straps are cute, and the only drawback is the extra horizontal strap can make the top slightly confusing to put on, but once you figure it out it adds a fun detail.

Very Awesome

I didn't necessarily want to spend the money on a performance tank top, but this shirt was worth it. It's super comfortable, a great performance material and looks cute! I will wear it to not only climb or hike, but maybe to an after-climb barbecue as well. It probably doesn't have the bust support one might want for running.

My favorite top

I bought a small in this, like with all close fitting prAna tops, and it fits great! It is so comfortable that I bought another and wear them all the time. They leave an interesting tan line though.

Fits great, very comfy!

This top fits really well! It's not too short, and its very supportive. It stretchy, so it moves well with you. I have a smaller chest, and most sport tops seem to run a little large on me. So when I ordered it, I wasn't sure if I should got with the small or the extra small. I ended up going with a small, and I'm happy I did.

Perfect for Yoga

By: Backcountry.com Employee
September 12, 2007

I purchased this for yoga because I was sick of my old t-shirts falling over my head during Downward Dogs. I love how it covers my waist fully, stretches with me when I move, and also looks great. The design in the back is cool, but it makes putting it on a bit of a puzzle. This shirt runs true to size (maybe slightly on the larger end) and support is light. I will wear a sports bra under it to run or hike & it works great. I've also had no problem with chafing while pairing it with a light daypack.
