Here's what others have to say...

first prAna purchase- love them

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

I love the pockets and breathability. Fit is nice and fabric is very light and comfortable. Will be using a lot- can't wait to get another pair. I am around a 35 waist, and was able to get the XL nice and snug. May try a large as a second pair.

favorite Cargo Shorts

lightweight, plenty of pockets/but not too bulky, true 13" inseam is awesome, XL waist is a loose 36", waist adjustment strap is nice idea.

Kinda my favorite shorts now

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

The fit is great, fabric is too. The only weird things is that the belt strap is quite long, and it hangs low since it doesn't quite fit into the next beltloop (for me). However, the end of it says "breathe" so I don't mind looking down and seeing that. These will be on my short list of gear to be putting in my backpack.

Awesome summer shorts!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: Runs large

These shorts breath exceptionally well with venting on the sides of the pocket and with a clever combination of cotton and polyester. In addition they're very lightweight and dry pretty quickly (in case you get caught in sudden summer showers). The belt closure does a fantastic job, however I still wear a belt overtop, just for the extra support. In general, these tend to run a little big around the waist.

Nice shorts.

The Titan shorts are a good pair of shorts. Material is soft and breaths well. Mesh pockets feel soft, not tough or plastic-like. Design is good as it aids movement and does not bunch up. I have a 32inch waist and ordered a medium which was fine in the waist, but maybe a liitle tight on the thighs.

what is the inseam length for the large?

Responded on

The inseam for the large is the same size as the small, 13".

What's the inseam length for the small?...

What's the inseam length for the small? The Prana size chart lists the inseam for pants, but not shorts.

Really nice

Comfortable short. Great material. The belt is great for dialing in the fit.

Another great Prana short

I have had most of Prana's shorts. Like most of their other shorts I was expecting these to stretch. I came to find out that they do not, I normally wear a medium in Prana but had to size up to a large. Other than that I'm very pleased as usual.

New favorites!

Love these shorts, made mostly of breathable cotton (70%) but with the lightweight feel of synthetics. Great fit, plenty of useful pockets, and the security of a built in belt....what's not to like!

Quality Prana shorts

A little shorter than the picture seems, but true to measurements on the description.

Ideal Do-Everything Shorts

I only had the Titans for a few weeks before they followed me to Escalante and got chewed up by Bobo, a slot canyon. That was my fault though, not many shorts will survive 20-foot downclimbs through the jaws of Navajo Sandstone(two days in a row). They were just so comfortable.... They only suffered minor perforations along the seams, which is an expected result for what I was doing. I still run in them a few times a week and will be buying another pair for situations where slightly holey pants aren't socially acceptable.

Nice, dude, that sounds like a good time. I especially like the bit about the "jaws of Navajo Sandstone."
