You like the idea of straw cooling your head and keeping the sun off your face, but you're not into the sombrero look. prAna's Straw Cadet Hat isn't into the Three Amigos style either. This cadet-style hat uses paper straw and woven fabric to keep your head cool and comfortable. prAna added a Herringbone trim to increase the Straw Cadet Hat's regular-hat appeal.
Bottom Line: Cadet cool.

This hat was a little tight on me at first and it has an inner fabric that I had to cut out to expirience full mesh. But besides that it is brilliant.

Great fit and the color is perfect for hot summer days. I wear it while attending my evening jazz excursions on the waterfront.
