The prAna Men's Sonora Pant stands up to the abuse of the outdoors—from AK bushwhacks to backyard hammocks. Durable, tightly woven cotton canvas laughs at thistle patches and sharp granite, and a brushed finish gives the Sonora a soft feel for your off-days. When you're on the trail or the rock, an inseam gusset creates lots of movement despite the Sonora's slim fit and straight-leg cut. prAna included vented mesh pockets to get the air moving, a nylon web belt with a quick release buckle for a proper fit, and a side-seam stash pocket so you have space for some energy or your cell.

Bottom Line: The prAna Sonora Pant is ready for anything you can throw its way.

All around ROCKIN pant!

By:

These are a great pair of pants that are extremely comfortable and durable. These pants work great for a casual atmosphere and are great for climbing. The gusseted crotch allowed for more than enough movement while on the wall, and the material feels extremely durable yet breathes very well. My only problem is that I have "short" legs compared to my waste size. The inseams are about a 33-34inches on the XL, and I usually wear a 32 so they are a little long, but besides that they are GREAT!

great pants

I bought the Sonora pant on sale and they were still expensive. The pants are very comfortable and I really think that they are great pants. They are soft to the touch, but don't have any problems when I scuff them climbing. I have hiked in them with no problems. They look great in the woods or on campus. I will recommend these pants to anybody.

These are totally comfortable pants for women! If you don't like women's pants because of the high waist, try these. You'll be able to move, and you'll look good!

Prana Sonora Pant

By:
March 3, 2005

I have been wearing jeans for my whole life. They never seemed uncomfortable until I bought a few pairs of the Sonora. The canvas is so soft and loose, yet very tough at the same time. The gusset adds such flexibility and comfort you would be amazed.

my favorite pants

By:
December 28, 2006

I have three pairs of these pants and they are definitely my favorite pants. prAna sizes fit me well in general, but this style fits me better than, say, the Raven, which tends to run on the smaller side. They transition well from climbing to casual to business casual, even. All around a great pair of pants, even for the retail price.

He loves em

My boy has these prana pants and wears them ALL THE TIME. They are super soft and comfy, I even steal them sometimes. They seem to run on the long side though, and from what he says a little small in the waist. He uses them for hiking and camping, they are really durable.

I'd buy 'em again

These are the best travel pants I own. I bought them for a trip to India and fell in love with them even before I left. They become so soft after wearing them you really don't want to take them off and when you're traveling that's a good thing. Even dirty these things feel great; I dare say they may feel better! Buy these, you'll like them. Travel in them—you'll love them.

Great Pant

I've worn these pants a lot since I purchased them, but have only had a couple chances to climb in them. So far they have held up great. They are great for climbing. They have a loose fit, not restrictive at all, and move great when climbing.
