It's 6 a.m. and your neighbor is at it again. He goes out, sits in his ancient car, and revs the engine for 45 minutes. The grass next to his tailpipe is permanently black. Put on your prAna Raja Pant and head outside around the 40-minute mark. Wave at him as he climbs out of his car. Saunter over and, when he compliments your pants, mention that prAna made them with 100% organic cotton. Then ask when the last time his car had an emissions inspection.

Bottom Line: Organic, even if your neighbors aren't quite there yet.

Airy and muted

These pants are great even though (based on remaining inventory) I went with a size 30 waist (I'm usually a 28). The length is actually perfect for me and I likely would have come up short with the 28s. Having said that the waist cinch system is not ideal since it uses an internal draw cord which just makes the "loose" portions of the pant bunch in weird ways and it is also a bit counterintuitive that if you undue the button and pull down the zipper you are still tied up from the inside. They are also not as green as they appear, the color is a muted version of what is shown.
Gripes aside the material is very light and soft and I will imagine it will not be amazingly durable but it will be extremely comfortable. I use these pants as a climbing pant as well as everyday wardrobe. As long as I stay away from agressive fungo stems and solid knee bars I should be able to get at least a season or two from these pants.

Are these pants flared a little? sometimes I roll my pants up a bit when climbing to get a little airflow, but I have massive calves.... product of being 5'10 and 200 lbs.

No flair here.. These pants have a nice straight leg, perfect for rolling up. They'll look good climbing and wearing around town, easily becoming one of your go-to pants.

Nice Pant, but too long!

By: Backcountry.com Employee

I wish these pants would have fit me, but they were way to long. I normally wear a 32X32 and Mediums usually fit me with no problem when buying Prana pants. With these particular pants, I would of had to cut of a good 4 inches for them to begin to look like they fit. The material is a really cool soft organic cotton that feels great. The pants are a bit baggy which I liked since I planned on wearing them in the summer. Seemed like they would let alot of airflow through them and would keep you comfortable in hot weather.

You should be grateful that Prana makes pants in your size! I'm 6'1 and 180 lbs, typical athletic build and my size comprises a large percentage of the clothing maket sales. Disappointed that they dont make their pants in a 34" inseam. 90% of the manufacturers on this site wont make pants that a 6 footer can wear....ridiculous!

You can fit the length of your pants at any tailor for $10. Or do it yourself.

Does anyone know how to get Prana, or many of the other manufacturers

Does anyone know how to get Prana, or many of the other manufacturers selling their product line on backcountry.com, to offer their pants in a 34" inseam. Otherwise anyone 6 feet tall or taller cant wear these very sweet pants!! Help me by ordering for the typical 6", 180 lb athletic built man. I should be a big percentage of the sales base. Thnx!

I'd just like to second that! It's nearly impossible to find pants for a tall person with a thin, healthy build. 34" and 36" inseams are a necessity for me.

They are plenty big to fit over shoes, unless of course you sport some serious cankles!
