This is one of my favorite shirts! Very comfortable, breathes more than a typical cotton tshirt and is soft to the touch. I actually own several.

It really depends on your build, but more than likely a medium is what you need.

I really like this shirt. It fits true to size for me (5' 11" 205, I have a large). It is a casual shirt, I wouldn't use this for anything more active than a day hike--the fabric does dry quickly and is really soft and comfortable.
The description says: "The Prevail’s *regular* fit gives you room to move..."
