I'm not a big skirt wearer but I do have a few for special occasions. I like this one because it's stretchy and comfortable. It's a good Fall/Winter skirt, a little too warm for summer months.

A little long

Unless you're over 5'5 I think this might be a little too long for you. I am only 5'2, a 4/6, and I got a medium. The waist size was a little big, but it's stretchy so that's alright, but it came down to about mid calf.

It's a thicker material so you don't have to worry about it being see through! I just wish that they came in petite sizes :) A little smaller in the waist and about 4 inches shorter and it would have been perfect!

comfortable

I am a size 9-10 and I ordered this skirt in a large and it was too big around the waist (and it stretches). I am 5'8" and this skirt hit me in middle of the shins. Although the dress was comfortable, I returned it because it was rather bulky and isn't ideal for hot, humid Alabama summers.
