My favorite for Bikram hot yoga! Fit nice and snug, holding all my "excess" in nicely. I am 5'9" and fit 155. The medium fits fine. I usually wear a medium in Athleta, and a 8-10 in lulu stuff, if that helps. I love Prana though! Stylish, comfortable, quality goods!
Prana knickers are the best!

I have these along with the Audrey and Mara style knickers by Prana. These fit slightly tighter in the thighs. But, I love all of them just the same. These are form fitting but not unflattering in the crotch. I have noticed lots of tight fitting capris tend to give off that "camel-toe" appearance, which I prefer avoiding and these do not. I usually wear a U.S. women's 2 or 26 in pants. With Prana I find that XS fits me best. I am 5'4 115-117lbs for reference.
