prAna Kyra Jacket - Women's - 2010 BCS

I'm a fit 5'8 and 138 lbs, I have long arms and this jacket is made for someone like me. I ordered a Large thinking that I would like more room to layer, but a medium would have been more flattering and form fitting. It is surprisingly warm for being so thin and does a great job keeping out the wind. I have to unzip if I am walking in 40 degree temps. Also it has great pockets. For the price I expected the stitching to be better, I have a place on the cuff where there is a clump of thread and have had several looses threads that needed to be cut. I have gotten several compliments while wearing, so overall I would recommend this jacket, though not at full price.

The PrAna was definitely too long and ill proportioned for a petite 5'2" 115# size 4 - I really liked the style, too bad no petites were made. Exchanged that for an Isis Mustang...too large, especially long sleeves, and the collar wasn't ideal for me. Exchanged that for an Isis whisper down hoodie in size 4 - Close enough! Sleeves slightly long, and probably shy a bit of down for colder weather but after three tries I'll keep it. The color is "garnet" but it's more like a raspberry...a longer living style-color might give this one 5 stars.
