Looking polished on any big play day.

Sure, we all love good linen capris, but you have to re-iron them every single time you move. So prAna wisely blended some cotton and spandex into the Women's Kelly Capris to keep 'em looking smooth and polished all day long. Big hidden pockets on the lower legs stow small items in a hurry, and double-tied cuffs let you play with the capris' length.

Not Quite What I Was Looking For

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: Runs large

I really loved the look of these in the pictures, but I was disappointed with the fabric as soon as I took them out of the package. I thought they would be more of a stretch cotton kind of "rugged" feel. They are pretty thin and felt almost entirely linen instead of just 55%. They hung on me like a sack, so I was again disappointed with the overall fit, which typically I love how Prana pants seem to fit my body so perfectly. Back in the box they went within seconds for a return. Wasn't even interested in trying them one size smaller. The material was not outdoorsy enough for me.

I love these pants!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

I have a pair from last year, and unfortunately was unable to find the size and color I wanted this year. The linen-like fabric wrinkles easily, which is the downside. Otherwise, they are comfortable, the kind of pants that you can wear all day long. They have many convenient pockets. Treat yourself to a pair!

GoOd CaRpIs

These capris fit well through the thighs and I'm not skinny! Just average. :) The waist is slightly wide for my shape but sinches up with a belt without being uncomfortable. The material is lightweight. The color is great. The back pockets would be cuter if they were a little bigger. They do stretch out as the day wears on, especially in the heat, but I read that before I bought them so I expected that. Overall, they're "pretty cool".

    Cute casual pants

These pants fit really well if you have some curve through the hips! They do run big, but once you get the sizing right they fit great. They have drawstrings on the bottoms that you can use to cinch the legs up a few inches and get rid of the flared capri look from the picture. They also have sweet velcro pockets that you get into from the sides. They sit in the front right above my knees and are huge, so I keep my phone and wallet in them when I'm out walking around. I wouldn't wear these hiking because they soak up moisture and stretch out pretty quickly. I have to put them in the dryer to shrink them down every time I wear them. If you're looking for hiking short/pant the Bliss knickers are perfect, but these are good walking/biking around town pants.

      Versatile Comfort

Love these capris. The drawstring side hems allow you to adjust the length depending upon the weather and activity. I use them mostly for trail hiking and have been very pleased with their durability - tough enough to survive swipes by thorns and branches, while still being lightweight and VERY breathable.

I decided upon the 12s to allow for more flexibility and movement, but since linen blends tend to conform to your shape during wear, I could have probably gone with the 10s for more casual use. I agree with a previous poster that a wash & dry brings them back to their original shape. My only complaint is that I do have to wear a belt with them.
