Stretchy and Feather Light

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

These are super nice ultra light, 4-way stretch pants.

Aside from gentle constriction of the waistband, I practically can't feel the fabric anywhere else because it's so light and soft. These pants stretch lots; they do not limit range of motion at all. The pocket zippers are a nice touch; better to have them and not need them than to need them and not have them. I can't speak to their durability because I only just got them. They are definitely not softshells, so I wouldn't go bushwacking in them. I also wouldn't dry them on high heat. These will be super comfy in warm weather. If I need warmth, the roomy fit will accommodate a thermal base layer. I bought both medium (black) and large (charcoal) because I like how both fit. Although, at 6' 170# the length of the large is 2 inches too long. I walk on the cuffs in barefoot. Shoes/boots keep them off the ground.

Good for any activity where durability isn't required, but light weight, unlimited range of motion and breathability are desired.

It is what it is a training pant

This is not for hiking or backpacking...it is for training. In that respect it is lightweight, plenty of room in it. Comfortable, stretchy as said before. However I ordered the large for my 34 waist and it was 3" too long and I am 6'1" and 174lb and I do have long legs. So if you like to be stepping on your pants this is the pair of pants what you should get. Otherwise I might have been fine with a medium. I returned it without using it. Actually I would think a good quality adidas or nike running/soccer pants would be better than this.
