prAna Dana Jacket - Women's - 2009 BCS

I get compliments on this jacket all the time. Yes, I know it's cotton, I don't wear it in the rain. But the collar is extra long and folds over perfectly. The buttons are used frequently to keep out cold. (mind you, I live in Texas and it's not that cold, maybe 40s) The thing I like best besides the length is the pockets. You don't enter the pockets from the top but from the sides, so it's perfect for me to put my hands when there's no where else to go. It's a good length, is stylish, and the color is great for me. Any drawbacks? Yeah, I can't wear it more often!

This is by NO MEANS A JACKET ! Great idea but this sweatshirt fabric will not serve as a jacket or a coat. I am 5'-4" with a 34D chest; the seam on the (M) waist comes just under my breast which makes the bottom of the "dress" come only 2" below my crotch. The fabric is not jacket or coat material. It should not be under the Jacket/Coat section. However, if you want to wear this as a long shirt, this will work great. Another thing you should know is that the size (M) is very small if you measure 34D-26-34. I will exchange for a Large and wear with Leggings around the house. I do LOVE the design concept. This would be AWESOME in a heavier waterproof fabric and if the waist was 3" lower! Yes, this is coming from a petite 5'-4" girl.

The previous reviewer is correct.. this is a long sweatshirt and that's why it rocks! It is by no means a formal jacket and that's why it's perfet. It's a more stylish option than my stained old hoody (which I dearly love) when I'm running to the store or out for Mexican. Awesome piece to a casual wardrobe.
