Now my favorite pants

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size
  • Height: 5' 7"
    Weight: 160 lbs
    Size Purchased: 10 regular

First, I'm a low rise lover, rarely do I find lowrise pants that are low enough, but not too low. These are the pants, no worries about bending over and showing too much, yet low enough so that you don't have the mom waistband thing going on. The fabric is high quality cord, the stitching is well done, and the teal (which I had some hesitation about) is my new favorite color. I saw another review that mentioned tightness in the thigh and I can see how that could be an issue. I currently am unable to run and my thighs are smaller than they used to be, if I were uninjured and my muscle mass was up I might have the same issue (one bonus of a lousy back injury). These pants are true to size, and like most pants with a little spandex, grow through use. I now own the yellow, teal, Brown and black.

beautiful fabric, but...

  • Fit: Runs small

if your thighs are larger than your forearms, avoid. I really wanted to love these.

nice cords!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

i like these pants, however, as i am 5'3", i had to get them altered. since then, i think prana does have a petite length. i do have 2 pairs, in rust & the sahara, & love the colors. they do ride low, but i haven't found that to be an issue w/ me.

Nice pants, interesting fit

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

These are really nice quality and seem comfortable. They are however super low rise. By the time I got them big enough to not give me a wedgie, they were too loose and big at the waist. I tend to like low rise stuff and these are really low rise. Good if you like that kind of fit.

  • Fit: True to size

Cute and comfortable are what I look for in pants! Canyon cord pants fit super, feel great to wear, and win for the cuteness factor too. Plus they are super well made. I love mine so much I'm ordering three more pairs in different colors!

Loved the material, to low rise

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: True to size

Love the material and color of these pants, but the low rise for me made it hard to sit with out looking like the plumber - they went back. I am 5'4 wear a size 10

I had the same problem but I added a couple pleets to the back and now they are my favorite pants!

Adorable but a little short for me

  • Gender: Female
  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I love these pants. The only thing is they are a little short on me. I read the reviews from others before ordering and I was hopeful they would be long enough. I am 5'9" and I think I will have to wear them with flats which is not awesome for the winter but they are so cute I will deal with it. As other reviews mentioned, The waist size does run a little large

Great for work and for the outdoors

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have a couple pairs of these pants. I'm 5'10 and my first pair was regular length--I wished they were a couple inches longer, so when I got a new pair recently, I got the long and they're great. They are sized a little large--I probably could have fit a 4, but since I knew I'd be climbing in them, I opted for the roomier 6. These are my go to winter climbing pants. They strike a good balance between being warm and having a good amount of stretch for high stepping and heel hooking. If I want to get in a quick gym session before work, I wear these--I just brush off the chalk and I'm ready for the office.

Great Cords!

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: Runs large

I just received these cords the other day and I love them. They fit great and are really soft. I have only tried them on but they looked really cute.
I am 5'7" and I normally wear a 2 or 4. I ordered both sizes in these pants and will be returning the 4. The 2 fit great, with plenty of room. From my experience Prana pants tend to run a little big. The 'regular' length of the pants is a little short for my liking, but there is about 2 inches of hem that can be taken out, which I will most likely do once I have washed them.

These pants are rad!

I love these pants. I have the rust color and it's the perfect fall color. They have a great fit, the cord fabric is super soft and they have a nice stretch to them. These pants fit great through the hips and have a little loser fit through the thigh.
