Comfy for Active Travel

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:Runs large

I picked this up as a gift for a friend and found the Medium to be true to size, if a little loose in the waist. With the drawstring though, that is not a problem. This material is very comfortable and stretchy and, with the addition of the cute flare at the bottom, they allow you to be very flexible. She has worn them while doing a number of different activities and in very hot and humid environments, and always been happy with their performance under pressure.

Slightly small? Way too big.

Not slightly small at all. They were huge.

I pull these out of the bag and have my wife try them on after she tried on her Halle pants which fit perfectly in a medium. She puts these things on and she looked like she was in an large fitting large.

After she cinched up the draw cord I looked at the fit. have you ever seen the old movies where the woman is rescued from the sea and the sailors give her the smallest clothes they can muster up? They reminded me of those old calf high sailor pants and she looked like she was swimming in them.

I returned them and I don't think I will be buying a small for her. The Halle pant is a better fit and more functional.

Great Job

I really like how the pockets poke out (a previous comment was made how the reviewer did not like this (which is OK), but I feel just the opposite), and I love the flare/slit at the bottom of these. I know some people don't like that, but I think for my body type it looks better and I feel more comfortable that way. I found that I needed to order up a size than I normally would, because if I ordered my regular size in prAna Bliss Capris (compared to previous seasons), they did run tighter in the rear. I do love the wide waistband, hope this stays with the Bliss product. I'm not a super big fan of drawstrings metal holes, but that is a tough one to resolve I think. And I'm pretty much "eh" about it. Hope that someday prAna comes out with Short/Regular/Tall in their pants department & makes pants in Bliss. We ain't all the same height!

Not for us full figured girls

  • Familiarity:I returned this product before using it

Based on reviews and the fit of my other Prana pants I was very excited to get these but they are too tight through the butt & hips which makes the pockets pull in an unflattering way. I am generally a 4 in Prana and ordered the S but these run smaller and are so thin that everything shows including underwear lines. I also HATE the flare at the bottom of these capris. Just look really unattractive. Bummed because lightweight of material would be awesome for AZ summers. This style is probably best for straighter figures. I'll keep looking.

Badly designed - surprising for Prana

  • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit:True to size

These pants bunch up in the crotch and the pockets stick out no matter which way I pull the pants. I'm really disappointed since I love Prana pants and this is the first time I've ever had this problem.

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit:True to size

Love at first sight... love at first on-sight. These are great capris. They are a loose fit for an athletic build, they provide comfort and wicking with long approaches and hikes. They stretch beautifully for the rare but necessary hand-foot-match scenarios. They don't ride up and the don't slip down. The toggle at the waist is very useful for getting a great fit all day. I got these in red and I love the color. Must recommended for every climber, hiker, camper!

They are wonderful! I am not so very tall and all five pair of capris fall to a length that does not make me feel even shorter.

I bought a black pair of the Bliss two or three years ago and they are still look great.

The bliss capris are stretchy, cute and comfortable. The only thing I wish would prAna could figure out are pockets, they either fall to your knees or are so short, nothing will stay in them.

    really nice capris

i got these in a S, my usual Prana size (5'9", 125 lbs). they are generously cut, but still fit pretty well, and i wouldn't want to size down. i love the length.... they would probably be too long for shorter ladies, as i'm pretty tall and they hit 4-5 inches above my ankle.

my only complaint about these is that i wish they had a zipper and button instead of just a drawstring closure. i also wish there were pockets on the rear, to disguise the panty lines. you can def see panty lines through the khaki color, but it's not bad. overall, i think i'll really enjoy biking around town, camping, and bumming around in these. They are super comfy and flexible.

      My first prAna capri

These were my first pair of prAna capris I ever owned and they made me a true believer in the brand. I love the way they stretched and moved with my body while I'm climbing or hiking and to this day they are still making an amazing capri. I love the new tomato color. I can't wait to get it!
