How well does this charge an iPhone 4?

It'll be noticeably slower. The stock charger that comes with an iPhone 4 has an output of 5W, and this one maxes out at 2.5W. Charging isn't exactly linear so it's hard to predict exact performance, but a 0-100% full charge will take twice as long.
