I use Accelerade and love it. I have found protein speeds hydration and recovery, the taste is awesome too. The recovery drink R4 is great also. And if you're doing short rides, less than 1.5 hours try the h
Hydro, it has the same ratio of carbs and protein but fewer calories, (great for spin class).

As with all sport drinks don't leave this stuff in your bottle overnight it can get nasty fast.

gatorade is garbage. the main ingredient to sweeten gatorade is HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP. do a quick google search on it, you will be shocked. stick to products that use real sugar and not the man made versions like what's in this poweraid drink (fructose, dextrose).
the only companies making a quality carbohydrate drink are hammer nutrition and clif.
