The Women's Empress GTX Mitten from POW Gloves features a Gore-Tex waterproof insert to keep your hands nice and dry when the fluffy stuff is coming down. The outer is made from goatskin leather and micro-twill nylon with a DWR treatment for even more water resistance. Since dry is only half the equation, POW also added 100g 3M Thinsulate synthetic insulation to keep your hands warm as well. Hook-and-loop closures at the wrists, as well as a fur lining, ensure that no snow gets in to bother your hands.
