Suitable for napping, snoozing, dozing, crashing, or just plain passing out.

The Poler Nap Sack is pretty much a wearable sleeping bag. Or maybe a really oversized sleep-able puffy jacket. Either way, it's warm, cozy, and functional. The Nap Sack features zippered arm holes and a cinchable open bottom so you can stick your feet out the bottom and hang out around the campfire/living room/wherever—and then close it up and crash without ever leaving the comfort and warmth of your bag.

    Great for everyday use

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Been wanting to pick one of these up for a while and boy am I glad I did. This bag is Perfect for anything from chilling on the couch to summer camping. Also the cinch system in the bag is awesome if you're cold in the morning and have to make breakfast you can cinch up the bag so you can walk around in it. If you plan on using this bag when its cold out I would recommend layering under it since it is only rated up to 50 degrees, other than that this bag is awesome. Get yourself one and see what all the Hypes about

This is what love feels like.

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Finally picked these up for my girlfriend and I and I must say I can't believe it took this long to do so! These are great. When it gets a little cold in your house and you don't want to pay to crank the heat just toss this on and lounge away. Haven't been able to take it camping but it seems as though it will be good enough for those warm summer nights.

    Solid Gift

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

Purchased this for a friend for their birthday. They couldn't be happier with it, let's just say they wore it as a Halloween costume which means it is the most versatile piece of equipment on the market. Clothing, camping, costumes, you name it the Poler Nap Sack will probably check the box. True to size and versatility!

    Solid Gift

So sad to say it doesn't last

At first I loved my Nap Sack used it about 4 times camping in the Tetons in summer, then I washed it. I followed the washing directions as stated on tag. Only to find that when I pulled it from the washer all the seems of the lining had burst open to reveal the poly fill. So sad I thought for sure after an email to them they could fix or replace it, but nope, they are not he company I thought.

Did you contact Poler or Backcountry? Poler can only deal with warranty issues from purchases made on their online store. What you would need to do assuming you bought it here on Backcountry is go through their return/ warranty evaluation process found in the links at the bottom of the page.

      No other clothes needed

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Extremely comfortable and keeps me so warm. I haven't had it real long so the durability factor is unknown. It is a very thin material and I do feel the need to be careful as to not snag or rip it. I'm giving it 4 stars because for the price I wish the material was stronger/tougher.

      i live in it.

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

literally shown up to work with it, slumber parties, camping, weddings, bar mitzvahs, ANY SOCIAL GATHERING, you not only look sweet but you are warm and comfortable and you are making everyone jealous around you. take a nap wherever you want. this sleepingbag dress thing is a life changer. you no longer need any other clothing.

Let's be real here: this is not the sleeping bag for overnight camping trips in the backcountry (it's only rated for 50-degrees, after all). But I still bring my Rainbro napsack on every trip because it's so cozy for sitting around a campfire, gathering firewood, or cooking eggs in while car camping. It looks hilarious in pictures, too. It's just one of those things you'll enjoy owning if you have some extra cash, but I wouldn't

      My Wife Hates Being Cold

      • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

So, I bought her a Nap Sack, and she hasn't been cold since. We keep it in our ancient travel trailer, and she puts it on as soon as the sun dips below the horizon, and doesn't take it off until after her morning coffee. (Yes, she double-bags it every night, wearing her Nap Sack under our double sleeping bag).

The sizing is a bit odd. The Large is good for someone in the 5'7"-5'9" range who wants to use it like a sleeping bag with the drawstring closed around your feet. But, that means if you want to wear it like a calf-length coat you have to fold the bag under and cinch the drawstring at your waist. If you only want to wear it like a pullover coat, and won't actually sleeping in it, you might be better off in a Medium.

      get this ASAP

I haven't taken it off since getting this. You probably won't either. At 5'9" the L is a little long to walk around without stepping on the bottom, but perfect for laying down to keep your feet tucked up and warm. Maybe I'll get another in M for the versatility????

When I first saw this I just thought it was silly. But when I put it on I was in love. I wear this all the time! Around my house, camping and I will probably start wearing it to class. This is a must, everyone should have one.

        Best ever!

        The coolest thing I own

        • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Honestly I was unsure it I could justify spending $130 on a sleeping bad but I went with my impulses. I can say now though, it was the best purchase I've made in a while!

It is super comfortable and extremely warm, without roasting you.

I got it right before Labor Day and it was a god send, kept me comfortable warm and because it is so thick it also kept the mosquitoes away.

I have used it several times camping and misc. and it is surprisingly dirt resistant!

        The coolest thing I own

Can anyone tell me if the width varies with the size? I'm short but quite, uh, rotund, and I don't know if that will impact what size I need. The only information on the Poler website refers to height, not width. Thanks!

        Best Answer

        Hey there,

The width will vary between sizes. Medium width is 25", the L width is 30", the XL width will be 35".
