Polar F6 Heart Rate Monitor - 2007 BCS

After looking at several different heart rate monitors I decided to go with the F6. I could not be happier! It comes in the color pink for the ladies and fits my small wrist. One of the best features I like is that it also doubles as a wrist watch so I don't have to wear a watch on one wrist and a heart rate monitor on the other.

The only issue I had with this heart rate monitor is trying to figure out how to upload your workouts to your computer. But once you figure it out you get really great readouts on the computer and can keep up with your daily, weekly and monthly workouts. I highly recommend this product.

This is a terrific item. It is easy to use and has a good instruction booklet, but most of the functions can be worked out without having to pore over the booklet. The F6 is a big, big, male sized watch, but for running this is fine. The strap can ride up under layers or sports tops and bras but is for the most part comfy and not noticeable. Very pleased with this HRM and the extra functions to specialize it to your workout is worth the little bit extra.

I was very impressed with the functionality of the unit. I had purchased it for a friend but when I learned of the different features I knew there was an application for myself as well. I travel extensively and need to use its features develop a fitness program for myself that I can use as I travel.

I am very happy with this heart rate monitor. It has improved my workouts on the treadmill. I can constantly monitor my heart rate while on the treadmill, which has allowed me to be much more efficient in on the treadmill. One pleasant surprise was that the treadmills at my gym can pick up the signal automatically. Now when I am doing one of the preprogrammed routines, I am no longer constantly prompted to place my hands on the sensors. This was a great buy. Get one.

I bought the Nike Timing Imahwhatevera for my girlfriend for her birthday--it didn't work. This site sent me a used one and we could never get it working, way to go guys. Well I returned it, and ordered this watch for her instead. She loves it! We were worried that the face would be too large on her little wrists, but it wasn't, it was a perfect trade-off, not to bulky but big enough that you can get all the info you need on it.

I gave it a 4 star not for fault in the watch but for fault in the hassle of getting sent an obviously used item.
