Description

More than just a kid's hardshell ski helmet, it's a system of protection and safety.

The POC Kids' POCito Light Helmet was designed for smaller heads that require premium comfort and ample visibility and protection at the mountain. Soft ear pads reduce the overall weight of the Light version of the POCito without sacrificing the overall protective value of this winter lid. POC borrowed technology from their race line for the shell, but used a soft lining designed specifically for kids so this helmet has better shock absorption at lower speeds.
  • A dial at the rear of the helmet adjusts sizing of the POCito so the child can grow with the same helmet
  • Flourescent coloring and reflective patches increase the visibility of your child to larger, faster moving skiers
  • Under the rear goggle clip is a name tag for writing down parent's contact and emergency information

Great helmet for a new downhiller. POC quality throughout. Great fit, strap not too tight for the tykes. Light but very sturdy- super bright so old dad can spot her quickly. Ear pads pop out, liner velcroed in for easy wash. Easy sizing adjustment in rear.

I have 2 kids, one of 5 years old and other with 9 years old. Do you have different sizes for the age?

The helmets are adjustable using a dial in the back of the helmet. It should be adjustable to work for a few seasons.

The 9 year old may need an adult helmet.

Great helmet for my kid. Safe and can't miss him on the slopes. Don't get one for yours otherwise I'll mistake your kid for mine.

Only wish it came with the LED light and vest the way the non-light Pocito does.

Got this helmet for my 5 year old. He loves it as do I. It's easy to spot on the slopes and by all accounts seems to be especially safe. Only downside is that the chin strap won't come anywhere near his chin. Thought that might be because he has a big head for a little kid. My 9 year old nephew tried it on and had the same issue.
