Description

The perks of being a grownup.

When you wrap up in the Pendleton Lounge Robe, you not only surround yourself in soft luxury, but you also wrap yourself in the kind of style that requires a smoking pipe and a wood-paneled den. It's a mature, seasoned look that you have to earn by racking up a few years on this planet. The Whisperwool fabric is the smoothest, softest wool in Pendleton's quiver, and it's machine washable so it won't be a pain to take care of those Scotch stains you're sure to create. The self belt keeps all your bits and pieces sealed in, and the large pockets gives you room to stash your relaxation essentials.

  • Whisperwool
  • Self belt
  • 2 front pockets and 1 chest pocket

So nice

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

This robe is better than anything I've come across. The wool is warm and soft, and the cut is classic. Get this for yourself, then pass it on to your favorite child. Or get more so you don't have to play favorites.

Just WOW

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

In thirty years this robe will be soft and worn; splotched with the stains of dark coffee and red wine; and your 18-year-old hipster-of-the-future child will steal it and call it "vintage." It will be so worn as to be inappropriate for public wear (as opposed to the robe in it's brand-new state, in which it is classified as evening wear.) It will have seen countless pajama parties, Sunday mornings, and winter days by the fire. But of course you'll still have this robe, because it's Pendleton and you paid your entire month's salary for it "back in the day."

"It's so classy that when you put it on, a glass of Scotch just appears in your hand."
